The association chose Elisabeth Cullington, a certified financial planner with Cullington-Hill Advisors in University City, to work with the Pinas and make recommendations. Elisabeth Cullington is a certified financial planner and partner in Cullington Hill Advisors Inc., a fee-only investment advisory firm in University City. Her clients include executives, business owners and retirees. The San Diego State University graduate obtained the certified financial planner designation in 1988. A member of the Financial Planning Association and the Collaborative Family Law Group, Cullington teaches retirement planning and investing classes at local colleges and lectures on financial planning to women's organizations and outplacement firms.
